Descriptions:

Asbestos gland packing with PTFE is made of white asbestos fiber packing impregnated with PTFE dispersion. (addition of lubricant is optional.) Asbestos PTFE packing is soft in texture and suitable as the sealing of pumps for liquidated chemical. They have high wear-and scouring-resistance and compactness. Suitable for power stations, chemical, paper and pulp, food and pharmaceutical products.

It is braided from asbestos yarns impregnated with PTFE dispersion.It is a flexible, resilient,homogeneous and compact packing.The application is for the use in pumps adn valves for various kinds of chemicals(acid,alkali,oil,steam,ammonia,etc),such as sealing stuffing boxes on rotary, alternativemotion shefts, valves for coolants,medium index acids and alkalis, petrochemical and foodstuff industries.

It is suitable for alkalies, thinned inorganic acids, water,steam,organic acids,ketones,oils,alcohols,aliphatic gases,solutions of every kind.It can be utilized in paper mills, dyeing plants,foodstuff,pharmaceutical and oenology industries.

Asbestos packing impregnated with lubricants is recommended for use with reciprocating pumps or for the sealing in places where linear velocity is up to 10 m/s.
